Top 3 Critical Considerations when using DISC
1. Many people shift primary letters when they transition to a different environment (e.g., work vs. home). Don’t expect them to be the same everywhere. 2. Individuals may not exhibit every characteristic of their primary letter. 3. DISC is a Tool, Not a Rule. Be careful not to pigeonhole people. Although most have stronger tendencies in 1-2 letters, we all exhibit all 4 letters to some degree.
